This can be paradise for the right sims. For others it can be ... well, NOT.
Edit 11 June 2022: I've removed the Crib Goodnight by Kiolometro and replaced it with the Invisible Crib by Severinka, I've replaced Bakies Invisible fence with the latest version (Invisible fence 2.0). I've also updated the files with the new version of Bakie's Animated frogs, and to avoid ad.fly-links, I've removed the Yoga mat from Martine, and replaced it with an in-game mat.
One should think that anywhere where you have everything you need would be a paradise. Unfortunately some sims are never satisfied, and find the grass greener elsewhere. I must point out though, that the grass is pretty green here. And so is the pond, but don't worry it's very clean and the fish and frogs loves it.
Note: There are two slots for babies on this lot, both outside.
Both of them use the invisible cribs, from TSR Kiolometro (*Crib
Goodnight - please read comments). I also use **Ameya's Prehistoric Baby Default Overrides. This combination works fine in my game. Make sure you only have one baby override in your mods folder!
