Did you hear the new philosopher's speech? It was so great! He attracted so many people! Some were debating his thesis, but most nodded in agreement. Even if they didn't have a clue what he was talking about. And then they went shopping. Makes you think, doesn't it? 

I've made this a retail lot, but if you find that particular gameplay boring, you can change the lot to Generic. There are still things to do on the lot for your sims, even if they don't like shopping!

I've used a lot of CC on this lot. However, most of them are small decor items, and does not take a huge amount of space in your game. There are a few high poly items though, and if your computer is on the low performing end, you might want to replace them.

Edit 02.10.2022: I've replaced the Invisible Fence by Bakie with the new version (file name should be "BakieGaming-InvisibleFence-2.0-Brickwall1.package".)

I've also used a Ceiling replacer by Lunanelfeah. If you don't have the mod installed the ceilings will by white.  

💡Tip: I use the Fashion Authority to control the uniforms of the staff. This mod is a must for historical players who wants sims to dress in a certain way!
