Anyway. This little house has a lovely garden. With roses. I really don't know if they are white or not, you will just have to wait until the spring. If your sim loves gardening this is a suitable and not too expensive house. If your sim is not into gardening it is still a lovely little cottage. And maybe you would consider hiring a gardener?
