What is better than living on a beach? Nothing!!

This small fishing settlement is best suited for a larger family, preferably several generations. It has three building (plus a shed), but the main residence is the brown stone house. You might think that it would be better to use apartments for this lot, but unfortunately you can't have apartments on waterfront lots. So I did the next best thing: I filled the other two houses with lots of useful and fun activities. 

If you prefer the houses to be empty you can just delete everything inside as you please. In that case I recommend that you lock the doors (click on the doors in live mode and select Lock Door for Everyone) to avoid household members and visitors from roaming around.

The included cc works in my game at the time of upload. In general there is an additional risk when downloading and installing folders from others, so you might want to download from the creator directly to be on the safe side and to be sure you have the latest, updated version. This is up to you.
