This cosy cottage is as charming as the resident. The garden is easy to handle, but so very enchanting. On the ground floor there is a a warm and pleasant living room, a spacious kitchen, master bedroom, bath, entrance and mudroom. Upstairs you will find a guestroom and office combined. In the basement there is a large laundry room, and two non-furnished rooms that can easily be converted into bedrooms, if desired.

A small tip: When the kitchen is close to the bathroom or mud room, as in this case, you might find your sim wondering off to wash the dishes everywhere but in the kitchen. It's so annoying! My savior was this mod "Don't Wash Dishes Where You Angry Poop" from Scumbumbo at MTS. When installed, you can choose which sink the sim will wash the dishes in, and not. I just love it!
