Update 28 August:
As you might have already realised, this project is already completed as St. Mary Mead, the village where Miss Marple is living. But why stop there? I will keep making sims and houses, and that will include villages such as Market Basing, Lymstock, Chipping Cleghorn, and who knows what else. I will keep it going as long as I'm still having fun with it!

I really love the Miss Marple universe, so pleasantly and characteristically described in Agatha Christie's novels. I'm also totally devoted to the various British TV-series, based on the same novels. I see them again, and again, I know them by heart, but I never get tired! I love the interior, the exterior, the landscape, the characters, the costumes, and the stories. It is a lingering infatuation, which I probably never will get over.
I love this universe so much, that making a sim version of it is just a natural consequence. For those of you who remember the Sims 2/3 site AnnoSims, you might also recall that we did a St. Mary Mead project there - it was great fun! (You can find my Sims 3 stuff here)
So now the time has come to do something similar for the Sims 4. There will be sims for download. Community lots and houses. There will be stories and game pictures. I have no idea if it ever gets finished. I'm just having fun - no pressure - no schedule.
Please follow the blog if you want to be updated! 💓
Overview of the project so far
Here are all the posts
Note!
I try to keep as close to the stories of Agatha Christie as I can. But, as you probably have discovered, I make some adjustments, changes and additions to make it fit better to the game. This applies to characters and their personality or description, and sites and names of places and buildings. Remember, you can always contact me if you need more information. I would love to here from you. 💕
This project looks so nice, it makes me want to play the Sims 4! :)
