This house comes in two versions. The A-version is simply furnished and decorated, so that your poorer sims can afford it. It's fully playable for your single sim or a couple, and their pet.
The B-version comes with a better garden, including fences, and all rooms furnished and decorated. It will be slightly more expencive, but what are cheats for?
