DS Harald - Hurtigruten

A ship is a word of it's own, and DS Harald is no exception.



The Norwegian Hurtigruten is a coastal route from Bergen to Kirkenes, and has served our country, more or less continuously, since 1893. It has been so important for transportation and business in our country, and still is. Nowadays it is also a tourist attraction for locals and foreigners alike, and for many it is lifelong dream to sail a full 14-days cruise with Hurtigruten. (I'm one... 😊)

The sims version has quite a few compromises when it comes to looks and period correctness. It will never sail in open sea (Oh! A flash of Sims 3 nostalgia...), but it works! If you have a mod for larger households you can fit quite a lot of people here, but otherwise it's set up for a crew of eight people (to be posted in a few days). Welcome on board, and have fun!
