No, not all Sámi people live in a Lávvu, and not all Sámi people have reindeers.
The above is true today, and also historically. However, the Lávvu and the reindeers are important to Sámi culture, even today, symbolicly, spiritually and practicly.
I thought Fjordsund really needed a Sámi settlement as it could have been 100-150 years ago, which is also the timeframe for the rest of Fjordsund. To make a functional Lávvu in sims is a bit tricky, if not impossible. Some important items are missing (like the Sámi drum), and some have been added that don't belong here. Still, I hope you are able to see through all that, and just enjoy the beautiful surroundings...
