The truth is that Jostein and Anne-Elin love their boys. They are more important than anything else in their lives, and much more important than career, money and self-realization. That's why Jostein spend a lot of time at the home office in stead of at the office, and Anne-Elin is working part time. They love to be together and enjoy their family time. What a privilege!
