Everything they don't have at the bakery they have at Baker's Grocery Store.
If a man could live on love alone there wouldn't be many grocers. And that would be a pity, because a grocery store isn't just where you buy your milk and veggis, but where you chat with the neighbours and learn the latest gossip of the village. A grocery shop is in fact a hub of information! And then you can bring home some fresh carrots and tooth paste as well.
A few words about the functionality:
You can perfectly well use this as a residential home. (It's a pity we can't combine lot types, but that's how it is). Just change the lot type and move in your family.
If you want to keep the lot as a community lot/shop, you would probably want to lock the doors to the private areas (for anybody except the household/owners). If not, you will have all kinds of strangers wandering around where they shouldn't be.
I have defined some items not for sale, mainly in the shelves with beauty products and beverages, and in the window. They are stacked with cheats, and the game will "throw out" furniture affected during upload, and everything will be a mess if they are not purely decor. You could define them for sale on your own, but be aware that the sims cannot get hold of them anyway, so there really is no point. We need to cut back on our beauty product and soft-drink consume anyway...
