Norwegian cuisine is so much more than salmon and cod. (Not that there is anything wrong with salmon and cod.) The famous Norwegian cheese "Brunost", for example, is very tasty, especially if it's made the traditional way, of goats milk. (Anything else would be poor substitutes.)
