Nypan husmannsplass

And inconvenient it is. A "husmannsplass" was a small farm, or even just a house, connected to a larger farm or estate, that was rented out to a family over generations. It was usually on a piece of land not very arable, so life was a struggle. Nevertheless, the necessities are here, including a lovely fire place and a toilet closely connected to the house, making it a good place to start for a young couple, or even a growing family.

*Note that the lot does not have toddler beds as shown on some of the lot pictures. The truth is I deleted them to get below the 20.000 limit for starter lots. Thank God toddlers can sleep on the ground! Sorry kids!
