The Oracle of Iris

Edit 07.09.2023: Added ceilings from base game. I have not been able to find a solution for the microphone-problem described below. If you have suggestions please let me know, at the moment all CC microphones are broken in my game.

We all need a quiet place, a garden, a refuge, where we can think through life's big questions and seek their answers or maybe discuss it with friends. Even kings, generals and poets pay tribute to this inspiring place. Or, maybe it's just the wine?

This lot actually gave me a headache because I wasn't able to materialize my original concept and idea for the lot (please don't ask...), but in the end it turned out quite beautiful and usable. To be honest it has grown on me, and I love the way my sims are using it.

FYI: The microphone hidden inside the statue (see remarks on photoes) is not usable, but necessary for the lot to be a cocktail bar. (But you can place it elsewhere on the lot if you like). Actually I had planned to make a microphone from a decor object, but it seems there is some kind of problem/bug with cc microphones at the moment. I might update this lot later, if I (or rather, some more clever person) find a solution.

FYI: The bar spawns staff, the music instruments and microphone not, at least not in my game. On the pics you can see the barmaid in a white himation-like dress, instead of the usual black uniform. I've used the Fashion Authority mod for this, it's really useful in historical gameplay.

A PDF with details and links for all CC is included in the download. According with the TOU of the creator you will have to download some items separately.

I've also used a ceiling override (#15) by Lunanelfeah (retired). If you don't have the mod installed, the ceilings will by white. A preview of the mod can be found here and direct download here. You can only have one file in your game at the time.   

Please note that some items might be high poly, and you should consider not using them if your computer is on the low performing end. Contact me if you need more information.
