If you are alone and expecting, unexpectedly, this is a good place to start.
The house of Chicken-Lovisa does exist, it's a much loved and photographed little house in Oslo. It has a interesting history, but there were never a person called Chicken-Lovisa living there. She is in fact a character in the novel "The child" by Oskar Braaten. Lovisa was a lady who took care of single mothers, gave them shelter and care so that they could keep their babies even if they are born out of wedlock.
The house is small, but can accomodate three adults and two babies. There is no luxury, but if you have the Tiny Living SP, you will realize that your sims will be quite comfortable in this tiny house. (And if you don't, it's still a good house!)
